FOUNDING TEAM
We are a small distributed team of Engineers and Professionals with a passion to blend Architecture, Engineering, IT and Management. We are insignificant, nothing or nobody in the context of what We intend to do. What would actually matter or make a difference is when the team grows in strength with like-minded people. All that We can disclose for now is that the team is led by Arun Kumar Gandhi, BE Civil.
FUTURE TEAMÂ
Every district’s operations will be governed by a typical business unit with a virtual office backed by a Virtual team. Major outline of operations for all the districts will be typically be the same with provisions for small variations accounting for unavoidable differences. Candidates will be selected among the members based on performance and performance will be evaluated with respect to overall growth achieved and the entrepreneurial mindset/spirit. A typical District Executive Team comprises of two parts: Core-Functional Team and Cross-Functional team.
